Our Business Services journey is full of challenges and opportunities, and we want to ensure we have a network of individuals who are passionate about making a difference. We want to bring our good news stories to the surface and share them, create pride and a sense of 'one team' and recognise all the awesome work that is happening across Business Services... as well as having a little bit of fun along the way! We will do this through our Sparks Programme and this community is where it will happen!
TCS iON Digital Hub is an online learning marketplace aggregating high quality content from training and education providers. It provides learners access to courses from the reputed training and education providers.
The hub has a comprehensive e-commerce engine to aggregate and sell content and is supported with a robust Learning Management System for delivering courses, assessments and collaboration using communities. Each course will have full social learning capabilities and can be configured for self-paced learning or batch learning. Communities can also be configured for expert led training and packaged as a product on the hub. It has closely integrated digital assessments and item bank product which can be leveraged by training providers to deliver certifications to learners.
To ensure support for multiple stakeholders, hub has various roles for users like publisher, distributor, student, course administrator etc. Training providers are assigned the role of a publisher while resellers are assigned the role of a distributor on the platform.
